CWP Fitness: No Late Night Eating Challenge

A lot of people do this
Lately I stopped eating late at night, no solid food, no snack and I notice some changes. Majority of the people who complain that their workout isn't working do not eat right, I can put my 10 naira on that. Some say calorie is calorie, that it does matter what time you eat, all that matters is the total amount of calories you intake in a day but don't you think that when you are asleep, your digestive system will sleep also therefore some of the calories you take late at night might not really digest? You should eat at least 3 hours before bed time so that the food doesn't store and to avoid waking up with a bloated tummy.....

If staying healthy and getting a flat tummy is one of your goal you should say no to late night eating, yes! I do understand that you cant just sit in front of the TV/Computer at night without munching something or you cant resist the temptation of opening the fridge at night to get some snack or you are just used to eating late at night, but for a healthy life say no to Late Night  Eating.

Here's the challenge:
This clock says it all
For the next one month i.e. 1st July to 1st August (perfect timing huh?) your mouth will be closed to food as from 9p.m. *smiles sheepishly*

I am not just asking you to join the challenge, I am urging you and you will be grateful you did.

What do you think of the challenge: easy/difficult/impossible?

Do let me know in the comment box.

Please forgive my manners, Happy New Month Darlings....hope you have accomplished half of what you set out for this year? It is my prayer that July will take us to more greater heights through Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Have a blissful month Ahead.
