CWP Beauty: Apply Makeup the professional way.

I see Makeup as an art that enhance a woman's beauty. A properly done makeup can make a women look more beautiful and stunning. More so, when makeup is wrongly done, a woman can end up looking like a masquerade; I'm sure you know that already.

However there are many girls who apply makeup without knowing the correct way of doing it, the result of such can be quite hideous as the makeup may look like a patch work. This is very unwanted and therefore many women visit a professional makeup artist when it comes to doing makeup for some special events such as wedding and parties (there is no crime in that though) but then, knowing how to do it you self will not only save you some money (which should be given to some makeup artist) but will also boost your ego, knowing that you can do it yourself.

Doing it you self may seem difficult at first, but with proper/constant practice, you will surely get it right.

So, here goes....

Applying Foundation:

There are many types of foundation, so it’s very important to choose for both your skin tone and type. Before applying any kind of foundation always start with moisturizers so the skin stays well moisturized.

1. Moisturizer:

For teens and those with pretty even skin tones, tinted moisturizer is a best option, providing light coverage and important moisture at the same time. To apply squeeze a small amount of product onto fingertips and smooth from the center of the face outward until it is mix into the hair and jaw line.

2. Apply Liquid Foundation:

Liquid foundation is one of the most famous types of face makeup because it offers great coverage for minor flaws and evens out the skin. However mostly women’s feels as though it is also the most difficult foundation to apply. Follow these steps for a perfect application.
  1. Use a make sponge or clean finger do not foundation on your forehead, cheeks, skin and the tip of your face.
  2. Blend the foundation into skin. While you blend, connect the foundation dots, being sure to include your hairline and jaw line.
  3. Stand near a window to see if your foundation looks natural and that there are no visible streaks on your face.

3. Concealer:

Concealer is a good element for applying beautiful makeup. You may want to try both methods to see what works best for you. Concealer come in stick, wand and tube forms.
  1. Gently dab a tiny amount of concealer onto any facial blemishes. This is the best way for concealing pimple or other blemishes or flaws.
  2. Cover with loose powder.

4. Blush:

Blush comes in powders, creams and gels. Apply gel or cream blush with your fingertips or cosmetic sponge, and apply powder with a medium sized blush brush.
