The 22 year old actress and singer emerged from her Art Basel concert at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami yesterday Dec. 3rd wearing a silver *shine-shine* wig, thong-suspender sling over glittery pantyhose, and matching ballet flats. She was also topless but for the disco ball pasties covering her nipples.
