CWP Fitness: Flat Tummy and Big Butt in 1 week...Join me!!!

 
Oh my! I almost forgot I am suppose to do this post...Birthday fever mehn, lol. 

Its been long I worked out, like do a 30 - 45mins workout and sweat like hell, remember I told you all I love to sweat **roll eyes**. I still do squats and lungs in the bathroom before bathing but its has become more of a hobby than working out. 

As part of my new-age resolution (if there is anything like that) I have decided that I am resuming my workout routine. I am going to start with a 1week workout session **wide grin** who wants to join??? **looks around**....

I shall be working out for a stretch of 1week beginning from tomorrow, then in the following weeks, I shall reduce it to thrice weekly since I dont have much body fat, before I will go and disappear (the kind of English language we spoke back in primary school ehn). My focus is just my tummy (abs) and my butt (glute) **side eyes**

I am going to do:
Thats all.

Its going to been fun believe me, one thing that helps me enjoy my workout sessions is music. So I urge you to join me so that we can look beautiful and make people Stare!!.

  2. Hellooo @PAT nice blog you have right here. I am a big fan of exercise and fitness. You should look at Max 30 by shaun T and buy the workout DVD, that things is a monster and works wonders!

  3. hi pat happy birthday once again ooo. i have been squatting since last year oct but only in bathroom before bathing yet no results.i really dont think dis squating works for a bigger butt or is it dat i dont squat very well maybe

      2. You might not be doing the right thing or maybe you aint consistent.   5. Ehmm, me I nid a personal trainer oo cos I do all dese in my brain nd not physically. Chai! I really want an amazing flat tummy but laziness nd oda tins dat follows sef. My friends say I always want d easy way out. I may do it exercise 4 a month nd datz it oo, I nid strong motivation nd most of all, a personal trainer. #sobbingsohard.

    1. Urhhhh, I used to be like you too Pam. Until one day I took the bulk by the horn and I have been enjoying it. maybe you should try the workout video Ralph mentioned above or you can visit the gym once in a while....that might be helpful.

    1. Lol Tomi, Slim doesn't mean fit o. like I said Ibdont have body fat but i still try to workout. Truth be told, it can be hard work in the beginning but as time goes on, you will begin to enjoy it. Thanks for stopping by doll. keep visiting.

  9. Work out sha, I bought skipping rope, I skipped for like a week I later stop. Ko easy biko, I rather watch what I eat, instead of driving I rather walk and have hot sex that one sef na exercise abi I lie?
