I am queen of trying natural beauty application; from what I apply on my natural hair to what I use on my face and skin at large. Most times, mum will just look at me and be like "Onyinye (my native name) sense fall on you" 😂. Anyways, onetime I wasn't feeling the look of my face; pimples, acne and all, I decided to research natural ways of restoring my shine as the store-bought product I had wasn't working.

Do I still have people on the catwalk with me? I know, I know, I have been gone for too long; longer than I intended. A lot has happened to me lovelies; the good, the bad and the UGLY (story for another day) but guess what?

Lol, the above title got me feeling like some writer. Well, for lack of a more suitable title make una manage am like dat. In my 1st Blogiversary Post, I said I was going to stop blogging in December, hardest decision I have made in recent times but Hey, we got to do what we got to do (does that sound right? English language though).

Long time no CWP Fitness post or nah? I bet you didn't even notice. Its been pretty long I worked out also, life troubles mehn. Some days back, a friend of mine on facebook sent me a message that she's grown so fat after having her baby and wants to reduce but is too lazy to exercise? lol. I know a lot of people are like that. I told her that workout is essential if you want to lose weight but she was reluctant so I told her to watch what she eat. Told her the food to eat and the ones to be avoided, I went on to tell her to avoid eating late at night and never skip breakfast,

For the event which went down at the university’s headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos, the new mum rocked an androgynous look of a red trouser suit, black shirt and wedge sneakers. Her natural hair worn in an afro completed her look.
