Do this

  1. Hold the wrap around your waist and gather both sides in front of you in each hand.
  2. Pull one end above the other and twist it around twice.
  3. Wrap both sides around your waist towards the back.
  4. Tie a knot at your back and tuck in.
  5. Viola! you are good to go.
