CWP Fitness: Does Cucumber Burn Fat?


I have gotten the above question a couple of times, so I decided to do a post on it today. Does cucumber burn fat? Yes! I does, because it is exceptionally low in calories and has about 95% water content. Aside from burning fat, they have other healing benefit that helps the skin glow and can be used to Lighten dark lips. You can also make your own Detox Water which aids flab belly reduction. You see, Cucumber has a whole lot of benefits and good part is that, it is soooo affordable.

Cucumber is one of the secret to that slim, healthy body that you have always been jealous of! It is an effective and healthy way to cleanse your body from deep inside and lose weight. Being rich in dietary fibre, cucumbers fill up your stomach and are perfect as a great diet food.....

  1. Apparently it does according to scientists - I normally add cucumber, peppermint leaf and grapes ( ive noticed a significant change in my skin as its clearer than it was)

    1. I am in Lagos so I really dont know. Is there Shoprite in PH?? if there is, it can be gotten there or any grocery shop or just go the market and buy from women that sell ingredient for pepper soup.
