CWP Fitness: Don't be Afraid to Start

 
So this past Monday, just when I was entering the house from work, my younger sister started talking without even allowing me settle down; "Onyinye (my native name) abeg, I want to start working out o" what!!! LMFAO...ROTFL....LOL....kwakwakwakwakwa....I mean, this is someone that was the olori of 'em mockers when I started working out newly, so you can imagine my amazement and how hilarious I found it. After laughing to my heart content (all the while, she was just staring at me), I asked her why she suddenly became interested in workout and she told me that someone (a fellow girl) whom she met that day thought that her 'flat tummy' (she actually has a flat tummy but floated when she eats, you get?) wasn't flat enough and advised her to workout. Dear Lawd!!! this is something I have been preaching to her for months and she wouldn't listen but just one day with a total stranger and she can't even wait to start working out (even Jesus said a prophet is not accepted in his own house right?)....

I was happy because its to my advantage too, like I just found myself a workout partner. Yeah! it is more effective and fun if you workout with a partner but this girl just 'fall my hands completely, ahan!' She couldn't do up to 20 squats, she did just 5 regular crunches and stopped, come and see bicycle crunches na...you will laugh tire, I didn't even bother her with other workouts cos she was already sweating like Christmas goat. Yesterday, we tried again and I noticed that she has improved a little, I was now feeling like a fitness trainer. lol.

I hardly share my personal encounters on here but I couldnt help but share this one. Do not be afraid/ashamed to start working out, just like every new venture you are starting up in life, people will definitely mock you, laugh at you, criticize you...only a few will encourage you (that's if you even get any encouragement at all) but never lose faith. When ever you are tempted to stop, remember why you started, believe me when they start seeing you succeed, they will run to you wanting to know how you achieved your success then you will have the last laugh and na last laff dey sweet past I swear.

If today is your first time on the blog, this is CWP Fitness one of the segments on CWP blog. My major focus is flat tummy cos I dont have much body fat, so I'm not looking to loose weight but I try as much as possible to share other aspect of fitness and healthy leaving. Last week, we started a 1 month challenge "No Late night eating challenge". How has it been? did you start at all? Have you cheated? **side eye** How many times did you cheat? Have you noticed any changes? Oya start sharing your testimonies/confessions.

My confession: I cheated on Friday ** bends head in shame** I went for a birthday party and was lost in the fun....I know my excuse is plain stupid, please forgive me it will never happen again

So in the light of your Forcing me to get Muscle.. **Grumbling enters part 2** I Started my exercising.. **Pops collar like a The Rock.. Baby mi.. I am glad to inform you that ayav started a daily morning Routine of 120 Push uPs every morning( My Chest doesnt touch the ground.. but na small small nah **Winks).. and You are my motivation **Wears Appreciative smile.. I have a Vision December 16th 2015 target of getting a new babe oh **Winks... and i figured having that I am broke, and that I dont have plenty money.. I could use my chest to toast her.. Ghen ghen :) heheh Yesterday I started doing 120 push ups.. If you see when i got to my desk ehnnn.. My lungs were painful AF.. I thought i was dead sef.. But Ppppprrraaiisssee tha lawd someboRRy.. I returned to life.. **Tongue out.. Thank you CatWoman for the inspiration:)

    Sooo,.... Your sister has given into your punishment called exercise huh?! Kai! I cann only imagine being in the same room with you.. You are a real exerciser someboRRy.. hehehe You go just use exercise kihh me..hehehe wait! This post is not long nah.. It took me barely 3 minutes to read.. kai! You ehn!   7. Yayyy! I exercise my body on weekends with the help of hubby. It does a lot of magic, though it isn't easy. You just have to be determined if you want to get result

  8. i make sure i skip oo at least 3 times or 2 times in a week.then do one leg up exercise for 1 min ,i no try.but my muscle don stiff
