You want a healthy glowing skin? eat fruits, eat fruits and eat fruits. No matter how many skin care products you apply to the outside of your
skin, if you aren’t eating healthy food to nourish your skin from
within, your skin will look dull, unhealthy and undernourished. Ever heard of this quote; “You are what you eat”? Whoever said that wasn’t kidding at all. So today I want to share with you, fruits that can help your skin glow.
And Yes! Permit me to use medium to wish one of our Blog Readers' Chinco bee a Happy Birthday **drum rolls** she shares same month with me. Chinco bee dear (even though your name sounds like china phone, **shines teeth**) I know you are very original and a positive person. I haven't met you in person but I love you. 1. Apples

If that’s not enough to convince you that an apple a day leads to glowing skin from within, consider the high fibre content in apples. Fibre helps to clean out the colon and promotes regular bowel movements, hence promoting clear pimple-free skin.

They also contain Vitamin E, known as “the Protector of Skin”. The fatty acids in this naturally fatty fruit help to provide skin with essential lubrications, which promotes youthful glowing skin.
3. Bananas

Kiwi is packed with Vitamin C – it even contains more vitamin C than oranges! Every 100 gms of kiwi has about 98mg of vitamin C while the same weight of oranges contains about 54mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, a very vital vitamin that can not only ward off colds and boost up the immune system, but can also keep your skin looking younger and fresher. Boost up you Vit C intake with kiwis, not just citrus fruits.
5. Lemon

ReplyDeleteI eat a lot of fruits cos hubby likes it, so I buy it.but I don't know what's wrong with my face recently. Oops I don't eat kiwi and avocado maybe I should add them toe the list
