Celebrity Crush of the Week - DJ Cuppy In Anfrican Prints

Its no news that Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola a.k.a DJ Cuppy has been touring round Africa for her new project "Cuppy Takes Africa" and she has made it a point of duty to wear mostly African prints (ankara) although her tour. I am developing this thing for Ankara and can't help but admire DJ Cuppy for this brave step. She mixes prints and slays; not everyone can pull the Mixed Print trend well and effortlessly. **scratches head** I have actually constructed this post in my head early this morning when I woke up but just when I am about typing...fiam!!! everything has disappeared. Now, I am using close to thirty minutes to construct small sentence...Where did all the words go?? 

Ermm...hope you had a great week, hope you slayed in your outfits through out the week, hope you didn't stop your lips from doing what it knows how to do best....smiling (what were you thinking)? lol. Its the weekend and a lot of people are turning up; some people like "owambe" sha....why though? cos they get to dress up? or cos of party jollof rice? or cos they get to meet new people there? I have a wedding in a few weeks and I have been looking for something simple but unique to make, something I don't need to tie "gele" with biko; I have been seeing really loving styles but I am yet decide which to go for. Thing is, if you find one "ogbonge" style and give to a tailor now, they will just help you and sow something else, choi! I must rock that wedding sha. hehehe.

The 43-year-old actress who recently suffered a loss when her house got burnt looked so chic and stylish in a custom Iconic Invanity dress as she stepped out for the premiere of new Africa Magic series ‘Do Good’.

No hair extension, African print, trim figure, fab skin and a smile to die for...this woman is damn gorgeous.

Yipeee! This my first time posting on a Sunday. **drum rolls** how has your weekend been? I was suppose to do this post yesterday but couldn't because I was out catching fun with friends at the beach **covers face** The youth of my church have this annual programme tagged Single Summit that centres basically on Relationship, choosing the right partner and those kinda thingy and yeah, its always fun. So, dont blame me if I was carried away; I had loads of fun, took so much pics, made new friends (I mean you see people everyday in church, yet they are still strangers to you) and learnt new things about relationship/marriage. **sigh**

Anyways, this Ankara/Asoebi post is long over due and I promised myself that I am going to do this post come rain, come shine....so here goes, enjoy....

New luxury children’s clothing line, Petite Tribe (they launched in January this year) describes themselves as a” children's wear and lifestyle brand defined by bold prints and dazzling colour, seamlessly fusing African inspiration with contemporary styling.” and their recently release lookbook is testament to that.

I hear tomorrow is Easter Sunday but it doesn't look like anything is happening in my area.
