Rihanna’s BFF Melissa Forde Launches Hat Line

Melissa Forde  is more recognized as the Bestie to one of the world’s most famous pop star Rihanna BUT she has been able to carve a niche for herself as well.
Mdollas as she is fondly called is a successful photographer, a model and now just in time for spring, she has launched her own line of playful bucket hats M$$xWT  in collaboration with Wrkng Title, a hat line created by rapper Wale.....


Forde’s collection comprises of three bucket hats: “Black Beauty,” “Rastaprint” and “Pink Pineapple.” The collection set at a retail price of $55 is available online at  OpeningCeremony and WrkngTitle.


To celebrate the new line, there was a huge launch party at Opening Ceremony boutique in New York which saw a number of celebrities including BFF Rihanna, rapper Wale and lots more pop in to show support.
Forde has now signed on as the creative director for Wrkng Title to help re-conceive the brand’s fall 2015 beanie line. She said: “More styles are coming soon, including a leather version and an oversize style with matching backpack”.
